New upgrades include a new stove, new Tommy Bahama furniture in guest room, new sleeper couch, new mattress set for master, new air conditioning system for the ground-level apartment, new apartment bathroom, new pool furniture, new dryer, new kitchen supplies, wood doors, 220 power to charge electric or hybrid cars, upgraded laundry room, and the list keeps growing. Previous changes include a complete upgrade of the kitchen (with new cabinets and granite counter tops), a Stanley bedroom set for master bedroom, king size bed and flat screen HDTV for upstairs guest room, 55-inch HDTV and BluRay Disc player for the living room, DVRs (digital video recorders – automatically record your favorite shows while you’re enjoying the beach or pool) in Master, Guest Bedroom, and Apartment and premium channels in all locations, porch furniture, renovation of pool area, and an additional bed for the downstairs apartment.

Family Friendly

A Saba Wind is very family friendly – it’s so easy with children here. There is a lot of room to play outdoors, well away from the road. You can relax on the beach deck with the beach in plain view, or set beach chairs directly on the sand. There is a sandy backyard area that is plain view of the screened lanai, as well as a beautiful grassy tropical lawn area. Also consider the beautiful den which you can designate as a kids area: hook up the video games, pull out the sofa bed and hang out. Sanibel Rentals can make any and all arrangements you may require for a roll-a-way bed, crib, playpen, etc. On the main level, A Saba Wind has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite opens onto the large screened lanai and overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Drift off to sleep in the luxurious king bed to the sound of the gentle surf and the breeze stirring the whispering pines. There is a large walk-in closet, separate coat closet, linen closet, full-size dresser, and two bedside tables. The TV armoire houses a large Samsung HDTV with Blu-Ray Disc player. The en suite bathroom features a jet tub and large tile shower, plus his-and-hers vanities – all beautifully illuminated and equipped with huge mirrors. The guest suite also has a king bed, with a large dresser and walk-in closet. A TV armoire houses a Sharp HDTV with DVD/VCR. The en suite bathroom has a large tile shower. The “kids bedroom” has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet, and a TV armoire with large Samsung flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray Disc player. The bathroom has a tub with shower, and a second door from the hallway. he downstairs apartment which is reached from both the front and back outside stairways is spacious, bright and comfortable. The lovely main room opens onto a small furnished patio, then onward down the path to the Gulf of Mexico beach. The sitting area is spacious with comfortable sofa and overstuffed chairs facing a large Toshiba HDTV with DVR, VCR, and DVD player. At the other end of the apartment, walk right out to the pool and sun patio. There is a large bedroom with king bed, bedside tables with drawers, full dresser, several closets, and a large bathroom with deluxe shower and his-and-hers vanities. A separate area has a twin-size day bed with trundle. There is a full-size washer/dryer set. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen has a Frigidaire stove and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. This apartment is private from the main house upstairs (no indoor access between levels).
