There’s five bedrooms and baths, two laundry areas, a full dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
You have your own tropical retreat in the pool area with a heated salt-water pool with spa, a bar area with a second refrigerator.
The house is within walking distance of all of Captiva’s unique restaurants, quaint shops, art galleries, a day spa and the beach is only 300 yards away with direct access off of Wightman Lane.

New owner as of July 2015. Newly upgraded TV’s, every room has LED HD TV, DirecTV with ALL Channels (Including premium). This home has 2 internet connections from 2 different providers, both on WiFi, to guarantee enough bandwidth for a large group, and to make sure the business traveler will be able to work. Speaking of the business traveler, there is an upstairs office complete with Multi-function Fax/copier, and laser printer.
The main living area of the home is a large open area, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The doors open to a large screened porch, expanding the entertainment area.

Cancelled reservations will be refunded less $500.00, plus sales tax, if cancelled 90 days prior to your arrival date.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
